  • How many users can I have?
  • As many as you need! You are not limited to the number of users you can have.

  • Will my kids be able to click on advertisements or links to take them outside of KidsCare?
  • No. If an advertisement or link is clicked while using KidsCare, a message will pop up saying the app was blocked, and they will be redirected to the main KidsCare screen.

  • I want my older kids to be able to access more apps than my younger ones. Is this possible?
  • Yes. You can specify per user the apps they have access to.

  • Can phone calls be made or answered while using KidsCare?
  • The default settings in KidsCare are set up to block phone calls from being made or received, so as to prevent unwanted phone calls. If you would like to change this you have the option to allow incoming calls for all users, by checking the box in the parental controls settings. If you would like them to be able to make and receive calls, you can mark the phone app as one they are allowed to use. This options allows you to let some kids have access to the phone, while others do not.

  • What devices will KidsCare work on?
  • It is currently only available for Android devices.
